For anyone truly dedicated to living the whole-foods way (or interested in a cleansing weekend of living foods), this book is a solid, encouraging guide.

It's got great photos, sections on preparing a meal in 20 minutes, breakfast, juices and blended drinks, soups, sauces, dressings, entrees and desserts. There is a section on sprouting, one on food combining, a 3-week menu plan; special occasion menu suggestions, sources and grocery guide.

I don't have a problem making delicious salad type meals and juices, but have a difficult time with preparing a main dish that has a traditional "look". This is a wonderful book, but it wasn't what I was looking for.
